1. "Are you insured?"
We are one of the few fully insured fun equipment companies serving
the Midwest. Celebrations! surpasses insurance requirements for
all venues; including, but not limited to, sports arenas, parks,
attraction sites, shopping areas, schools, churches, and private
residences. Do accept the mere promise of insurance from anyone.
Require a Certificate of Insurance for the agent for Liability
as well as Workers Compensation and then verifify the deductible.
Would it concern you fine that many companies are carrying $10,000
deductibles per occurance for substandard insurance? Trust everyone,
but cut the cards!

"Do you deliver the equipment I'm renting, or do I pick it
up?"
Delivery, setup, and removal is included with most of our equipment.
We want your event to be enjoyable for you as well as your guests.
Leave the work and stresses to us! To save money, some customers
prefer to pickup the equipment themselves. As we always try to
surpass our customers expectations, we will accommodate whenever
possible. Please call for details.

"What is the quality of your equipment?"
All of our equipment is new or has only been used for a season
or two. We rotate our equipment often in order to keep up with
cutting edge trends as well as to make sure only clean & safe
equipment stay in our inventory. Each unit is cleaned and inspected
upon its arrival back to us.

"Do you have staff available for our event?"
Yes! All members of our full time staff take great pride in their
jobs, their appearance, the appearance & safety of your rented
equipment, and the safety of your guests. Many events provide
volunteers to help attend equipment and/or games, that's fine
too, they can be "trained" by our professional staff.

"My committee is considering your company for our event,
are you available for a meeting?"
Yes. We attend planning and committee meetings on a regular basis,
whether its for an employee picnic, a church or school function,
or any other event. A team member of our company will represent
us in a professional manner.

"What ages do your units accommodate?"
We have units that accommodate all age groups, from toddlers to
adults.
7."Should
I reserve in advance?"
Definitely. The earlier you reserve, the more choices you have.
Interactive inflatables and amusements are very popular and book
up quickly.
